You are drastically dehydrated by alcohol and is a potent diuretic. It draws water out of increases reduction and the cells through the kidneys. Dehydration decreases your endurance, toughness and real efficiency. Actually tried training while hungover? Not the most effective experience right! Not likely the most effective workout session often. This is as a result of contamination.
